Terms of Use

1.1Clutcheo operates an online service platform connecting clients with independent Verified Specialists for gaming assistance, coaching, level progression, and in-game support ("Services").

1.2We may engage independent professional players to perform all or part of a Service. Orders, support, complaints, and refunds are managed centrally through the Clutcheo platform.

1.3Orders are one-time purchases. We do not apply recurring billing or auto-renewals unless explicitly agreed upon for a specific subscription service.

2.1You must be at least 18 years old (or have legal parental/guardian consent) to place an order or use paid Services.

2.2You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Clutcheo account and credentials provided during checkout.

2.3We reserve the right to restrict or refuse access where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized payment, abuse, or underage usage.

3.1Independent Platform: Clutcheo is an independent service platform and is not affiliated, endorsed by, or associated with any third-party game developers or publishers (e.g., Blizzard, Riot Games, Valve, Electronic Arts, etc.).

3.2No Cheats or Exploits: Our Services strictly prohibit the use of malware, cheats, unauthorized software, stolen accounts, or fraudulent practices.

3.3Assumption of Risk: Game platforms may restrict account sharing or assisted progression. You are responsible for reviewing the rules applicable to your game account. Clutcheo is not liable for publisher policy changes, enforcement decisions, or server outages.

4.1Before payment, check order details (game, platform, region, target objective). Incorrect parameters may delay execution or require a scope adjustment.

4.2Where a Service requires temporary access to a game account, provide only necessary parameters through our encrypted order chat. Do NOT provide email passwords or financial security details.

4.3During active service execution, do not access the relevant game account without prior notice in the order chat, as conflicting logins may interrupt execution.

4.4Estimated completion times are good-faith estimates. Delays due to game maintenance, server queues, or platform updates do not constitute a breach of service.

5.1If you cancel an order before a Verified Specialist has been assigned, you are eligible for a 100% refund to Store Credit/Clutcheo Balance or a refund to the original payment method minus a 5% processing fee.

5.2If you cancel after service execution has begun, you are eligible for a pro-rata refund corresponding to the remaining uncompleted portion of the Service.

5.3Fully completed Services are non-refundable unless the service provided was materially inconsistent with the confirmed order parameters.

6.1Users agree not to engage in fraudulent chargebacks, unauthorized payment reversals, or double-dipping.

6.2Users must not attempt to contact or pay Verified Specialists outside the official Clutcheo platform chat. Off-platform payment requests must be reported to support@clutcheo.gg.

6.3Abuse, harassment, or abusive conduct towards support staff or specialists will result in immediate account termination.

7.1To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clutcheo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or losses caused solely by third-party game updates, server maintenance, or platform enforcement.

7.2Clutcheo's maximum aggregate liability for any affected order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that specific order.
